Modular

Is it possible to create an efficient, transitional, modular home that would fit into Bergen county’s suburban neighborhoods? Can a manufactured home be as open and comfortable as a site built home?

We set out to design an efficient home that could be built in the factory and delivered to the site. The home had to maintain an open feel and allow for an indoor-outdoor connection. Large windows and French doors were appropriated to the living spaces.
The first level features the living, kitchen, dining spaces as well as a rec room that doubles as a guest room. Moving upstairs, the second floor contains 3 bedrooms including a primary suite with a large walk-in closet.

The design was coordinated with a modular home manufacturer representing a ready to build concept ready for execution.
